Participation Levels

• Required: Student attendance at practices and tournaments
• Tournament participation levels
  • Minimum/Casual: 4 tournaments per year (3 CFL and 1 invitational/Rotary/qualifier)
  • Board eligibility for 2027-2028, minimum: 6 tournaments (3 CFL, 1-2 invitational/Rotary, 1-2 qualifier)
  • Average team member: 7 tournaments (3 CFL, 1-2 qualifiers, 2-3 invitationals incl Rotary)
• Family / guardian involvement
  • Ensure tournament fees are paid in advance
  • Judge at tournaments or hire a judge for tournaments student attends
  • Drive student to and from tournaments - carpooling arranged between students/parents
  • Support competition preparation and practice
